1st, Some of their PC ads list 2 types of storage drives but only 1 is included. I reported the mistake but their ad's remain unchanged. 2nd, I told them I would leave great feedback if the PC was what they state in their ad. When they didn't have the PC I purchased they sent a nasty email accusing me of holding feedback over them as the reason they cancelled my order. I would never do business with these people again!

As one of the #1 PC Provider's on Ebay, Our Feedback Rating was perfect for over 13yrs until now. The buyer mis-read our listing, didn't realize that we sell some PC's with 2 HDD's and some with only 1 HDD. Buyer proceeded to make demands for parts not included and used feedback as a form bribery, "hense negative feedback". So, we canceled order with Friendly messages explaining the cancellation. But why would a competitor do business with us again anyway unless for bad intensions? just saying..

Ordered Nov.17th, arrived Dec.4th. Expect about 17days to receive your PC. Seller sent a different PC case than pictured. Ordered ViperTech received Sama. But specs were correct and the case is just a case,so will be keeping it. Seller made it clear he doesn’t work weekends, so don’t expect to have any contact from Friday 5pm until Monday morning for messages answered. PC works well and price was pretty decent, so worth the wait IMO.

During Nov. & Dec. the busiest shopping season of the year, buyers should expect minor delays. Hense or 5 - 6 day handling time which buyers tend to overlook.
Thanksgiving added additional days for this order and if we're shipping across country, it will not arrive in a day, sorry. If we don't have the exact CASE we will upgrade you to a better one that looks similar to your order. While this buyer saw other upgrades with their order, we understand some will complain no matter what.
